About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a forward-thinking and rapidly growing organisation. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the office runs seamlessly and remains an efficient, organised, and enjoyable environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of key administrative and operational tasks, support team members, and contribute to ongoing improvements within the workplace.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
  • Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents.
  • Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
  • Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and find quick solutions.
  • Provide backup support for Sales Administration, including quotes, inquiries, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Accurately maintain databases and company systems.
  • Assist with projects and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Sheets, Docs).
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
