Position Overview

We are seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to provide vital administrative and operational support to the Investor Relations team. This role is central to maintaining smooth communication with investors, organising events, managing investor data, and assisting with the preparation of reports and marketing materials. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
  • Assist with planning and executing investor events, ensuring smooth logistics and a high standard of service.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system to track investor information and engagement.
  • Support the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and newsletters to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage investor queries through the Investor Relations mailbox, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and agreements related to capital raising and investor relations.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the finance, professional services or property sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
