Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise diverse strategies, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Job Posting: Create and post compelling job descriptions on the system and relevant job boards.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain proactive communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and provide logistical support.
- Data Management: Keep candidate information accurate and compliant with data protection regulations in the ATS.
- Collaboration: Work with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and meet hiring goals.
- Reporting: Track key metrics like source of hire and time to fill to assess sourcing effectiveness.
- Networking and Improvement: Participate in industry events to expand networks and continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes.
- Experience: 2-3 years in international recruiting with a focus on sourcing and managing local and global mandates, preferably for Retail Store Leadership roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in the footwear, apparel, and retail industries, with experience in large international companies.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in driving recruitment initiatives, including proactive talent pipelining and diversity-focused recruiting across multiple geographies.
- Education and Skills: Minimum BA degree in HR, technology, or business, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
