About the Role & Key Responsibilities:

A newly created role – as the Results Delivery Manager, you will develop and role model a culture of performance in a multi-faceted team with high matrixed responsibilities.

To be effective in this role, you will be expected to execute the following effectively:
  • Programme Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing and overseeing a comprehensive programme of work to ensure successful delivery of projects within timelines, budgets, and objectives. Ensuring the projects have a clear path to success
  • Strong Knowledge of Business Strategy: Possesses a deep understanding of business strategy and aligns programme activities to support strategic objectives
  • Subject Matter Expert: Actively partner with the business to support the effective implementation of strategies through delivery frameworks and underpinning capabilities
  • Change Management Leadership: Exemplify leadership in driving and managing change
This role will ensure well planned and executed delivery of transformation projects translating to day-to-day operations.


The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Program Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Engineering qualified, with strong experience in CAPEX program execution
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of program management, business strategy and change management leadership in a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
