- Position: Registered Nurse
- Role: Full time - Permanent
- Roster: Option 1- Rotating roster OR Option 2- Mon to Fri AM shift only
- Setting: Not for Profit Aged care in Central Coast
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer direct patient care based on individual care plans, ensuring comfort and well-being
- Monitor and accurately document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Mentor junior nursing staff and promote a culture of learning and excellence
- Manage medications and supplies, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy enhancements
Key Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 12 months experience
- Experience in aged care settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of aged care standards and regulations, including the Aged Care Quality Standard
- Comprehensive clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
