- Position: Clinical Care Coordinator
- Role: Full time permanent (76hours per fortnight)
- Setting: Not for Profit Aged care in Central Coast
- Provide full clinical supervision of the aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery and adherence to best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including care plans, assessments, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct training programs, offer ongoing guidance, and mentor care staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- ollaborate closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies
- Implement and monitor safe work practices, ensuring all staff comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
Key Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care, with proven clinical leadership.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in care management systems and technology.
