Join our dynamic FMCG client as their Procurement Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing procurement and logistics strategies. Managing an annual spend of approximately $12M, you'll oversee critical categories including contract manufacturing, logistics, and direct materials.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across contract manufacturing, logistics, and raw materials
• Develop and implement procurement strategies ensuring technical and nutritional compliance
• Manage and negotiate supply contracts while ensuring business continuity
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and establish strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to optimize operations
• Oversee supplier performance and risk management
• Support new product development initiatives through strategic sourcing

You will hold: 

• Proven experience in contract manufacturing and logistics procurement
• FMCG industry experience preferred
• Experience in direct procurement (raw materials, commodities) highly regarded
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Strategic thinking with practical execution capabilities
• Experience in managing complex supply chains and multiple stakeholders
