AO7 temporary Recruitment Manager position for a large State Government department based in the Brisbane CBD. You will lead the management of projects related to organisational structure and strategic recruitment in this government department. Alongside this you will be instrumental in delivering advice and providing support on recruitment and selection methods. To be successful in this role you will have end to end recruitment experience and demonstrated experience in strategic recruitment and retention; experience from the public sector will come highly regard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned project activities using contemporary program and project management and related frameworks, methodologies, and policies.
- Provide advice and support across end to end recruitment and on-boarding processes to build organisational capability and ensure coordination across the Workforce Plan of the department.
- Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns, employee value proposition activities to ensure best practice recruitment, on-boarding and induction occur within the department.
- Coordinate the delivery of services from external providers.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, coupled with knowledge of recruitment and retention practices.
- Experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition professional with end to end experience, previous Government experience will come highly regarded;
- Ability to commence immediately in a contract and commit until March 2025.
