The Opportunity:
Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Melbourne
Reporting To: Partner & Manager.
Start Date: 2025
 
Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Management: Interview candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
  • Fill Jobs: Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied.
  • Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
Who We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
