About the role

An exceptional temporary opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist to join a global market leader based in Sydney's CBD. 
  
This role will see you working in a fast-paced and thriving culture offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the company and responsible for managing reception including meeting and greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, meeting room management, organizing pickups and general administrative needs.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls ensuring detailed and accurate message taking
  • Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring they have an engaging and positive experience
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Managing all pickups
  • Assisting visiting stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinating catering requests
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and any other ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will present with proven experience working as a Receptionist and will be looking to add value in this role quickly. As this is a temporary position, you will be immediately available to start and willing to commit to the 6 month term of the role. In addition, you will also have:
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Present as polished and professional
  • A positive mindset who thrives being the face of the company
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • An impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
This role will see you working in the office 5 days per week.
