About the Role
In this Receptionist role, you will be the face of the company, managing reception duties, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and performing various administrative tasks. This fast-paced role involves regular interaction with all levels of the business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will thrive in a dynamic, family-owned environment that promotes open communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and facilitation.
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls in a professional manner, ensuring clear communication and message accuracy.
  • Manage courier pickups and deliveries, ensuring goods are signed for and directed to the correct departments.
  • Take customer orders over the phone, collect payments, and reconcile invoices with delivery dockets.
  • Monitor the sign-in process for all contractors and visitors, ensuring security and safety procedures are followed.
  • Provide necessary PPE (e.g., gowns, hairnets) to visitors and staff as required.
  • Handle the receipt, distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will present with stable, proven experience in a similar receptionist role. In addition, you will also have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborative and supportive, contributing to a positive team environment.
