About the Role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Receptionist to join a leading global communications agency in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll be the face of the office, providing exceptional front-of-house service and ensuring smooth office operations.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries as needed
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up rooms for appointments
  • Assist with general office administration, including filing and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide support with travel arrangements and senior management scheduling

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or client facing customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
