About the role 

As a Temp Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the reception area and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Managing meeting room bookings and office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Assisting with general administration tasks as required
  
Requirements
  • Has previous reception or administration experience (professional services experience is a plus!)
  • Is well-presented with strong communication skills
  • Has excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Can start immediately and adapt quickly to a new environment
