Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ecommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including project plans, user flows, technical specifications, test plans and progress reports.
- Manage and integrate various APIs and third-party apps to enhance functionality and user experience on Shopify stores.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and customer support, to ensure project goals are met
- Run meetings taking detailed notes and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Oversee store setup, theme customization, app integrations, and ongoing maintenance on Shopify.
- Manage int/ext developers and development agencies where applicable
- Source new suppliers and/or replacement of existing in line with goals and budgets
- Reports to the Head of Digital Development with dotted line to CIO and Head of Digital.
- Proven experience as an e-commerce project Manager with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform, including theme customization, app integrations, and store management.
- Exceptional ability to document work, create user flows, and take meticulous notes.
- Experience with managing and integrating various APIs to enhance e-commerce functionality.
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of and experience with apps and SAAS platforms that enhance personalization and customization for e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with managing and integrating various APIs and third-party apps to enhance functionality and user experience on Shopify stores.
- Experience with integrating Shopify with various third-party services and tools.
- A passion for staying ahead of ecommerce trends and implementing innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.
