The Role
The Digital Applications Manager will be responsible for the management of digital platforms and projects requiring integration across departments. You will provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects at the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital strategic roadmap to meet business goals.
• Lead the development and performance of key digital competencies (DXP, CRM, Integration/APIs).
• Manage digital architecture, software engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee go-live planning, project implementations, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems architecture aligns with customer and business needs.
• Support and mentor a team of developers, fostering professional growth and development.

Experience

• Proficiency in either .NET Core/.NET Framework or major Java frameworks
• Proven leadership experience in a mid-large digital organization.
• Proficiency in enterprise CMS (preferably Sitecore), Salesforce CRM, GA360, data models, test platforms,  Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Azure
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, ESB's and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing Agile projects using SCRUM methodology.
• Proven end-to-end technical delivery and platforms architecture experience
