An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of an Identity & Access Management (IAM) project within a structured PRINCE2 and MSP environment. This role is integral to ensuring robust project governance, stakeholder engagement, and business alignment to achieve strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Program Manager, Product Owner, Senior Users, and Suppliers.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, and priorities effectively.
- Oversee project finances, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the project team.
- Ensure governance, assurance, and compliance with Queensland Government policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement communication, organisational change management, and benefit realisation plans.
- Deliver timely and accurate progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Produce all required project documentation within an Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP governance framework.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing ICT projects.
- Experience across both public and private sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PPM tools.
- Experience managing ICT infrastructure implementation and migration projects.
- Proven experience delivering identity and access management projects in complex environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and IS18.
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative government environment.
- Lead high-impact ICT projects that drive digital transformation.
