An opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Administrator to support the General Manager of a highly reputable global manufacturing business. This role is based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
This role allows you to work in a leading organisation who are passionate about delivering excellence. Your ability to coordinate and manage varying expectations, stakeholder requirements, cost analysis and administration duties will be highly attractive for this position. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to and supporting the General Manager, this position is an integral role in the organisation and requires an organised and skilled Project Administrator.
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Provide highly varied project support in the form of project quoting, pricing, and filing;
- Support with preparing construction plans, schedules and project programs;
- Prepare project orders and processing various project transactions and invoicing;
- Manage subcontracting installations, costs and the delivery of goods;
- Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties.
Skills and Experience
As the suitable candidate for this position, you will hold prior relevant and recent experience as a Project Administrator.
- Demonstrated experience in construction / manufacturing administration;
- The ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite;
- Ability to be organised and work within a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills;
- Fantastic teamwork skills.
