This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to join our clients youthful and vibrant Audit team. This role provides direct access to firm Partners and senior leaders, enabling you to build strong relationships while being part of a dynamic, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff planning boards, addressing scheduling conflicts, and ensuring client bookings are confirmed.
- Organize and document key meetings, from manager and partner sessions to team planning and quarterly updates.
- Raise bills, track progress, and hold managers accountable for timely completion.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Schedule audit client meetings and facilitate audit processes, including legal and compliance checks.
- Support business development by preparing proposals and setting up meetings.
Requirements
- Previous team administration experience in a professional services environment
- Adaptable, client-focused, and a natural problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing team projects
- Bonus: Familiarity with MYOB or Caseware
