The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining project budgets & forecasts
- Completing variance analysis
- Maintaining project price lists & preparing sales data analysis
- Assisting the CFO in preparing management reports
- End-of-month & end-of-year ledger reconciliations
- Preparing monthly & quarterly BAS
- Processing accounting transactions - e.g. accruals, interest charges
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties to support the team
You are CA/CPA qualified, having commenced your career in a chartered environment or having gained experience in property development or construction. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders. You will have demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
