About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing, this is a unique role where you can truly shape and bring their entire B2C Go To Market Strategy and program to life. It's a fast paced, ambiguous environment where get to have huge ownership. As Product Marketing Manager you will design and coordinate the overarching GTM plans for launching new products to market in collaboration with marketing and delivery squads.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the overarching commercial GTM plan for launching new products to market in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams and map processes and roadmaps (as part of GTM)
- Build and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders - this is your super power - the ability to influence people of all levels and achieve synergistic win win outcomes. Here, you will build strong relationships cross-functionally with marketing, digital, product, legal/compliance as well as finance and external agencies
- Work collaboratively with the Platform Delivery manager to ensure programs of work are on track, identifying interdependencies with commercial streams and any issues are managed/escalated
- Ensure KPIs and success metrics are set up, tracked and reported on and communicated appropriately to stakeholders
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in a similar Marketing Manager role with strong B2C experience. Ideally you will come with big brand experience from Tech/Retail/Financial Services, Telco, Travel or Loyalty
- High performance mindset and energy - here you will need both so if you have energy and are goal oriented and obsessed - this could be amazing for you
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, nurture relationships and influence accordingly
- Strength in coordinating programs of work and tracking success metrics
- Willingness to get their hands dirty, keen and eager to learn
