The Procurement and Supply Chain Optimisation (P&SCO) Program is delivering a series of enhancements to the departments procurement and supply chain operations. Corporate Enterprise Solutions, who support and maintain the finance and logistics solution S/4HANA, are the solution delivery partner for P&SCO and are responsible for implementing system changes to enable the program’s planned enhancements.
About the role:
- Work with employees to transfer knowledge and upskill to ensure capability is retained within the organisation.
- Lead S/4HANA related business process, requirements, and information analysis documentation sessions with stakeholders to elicit current and future state business, solution (functional and non-functional) and data requirements.
- Apply relevant analytical techniques to elicit and document complex requirements (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), analysis, etc.) to uncover inconsistencies or inefficiencies in current business processes and make actionable suggestions for enhancement related to procurement and supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups across Corporate Enterprise Solutions and the P&SCO Program.
- Develop high quality documentation for all stakeholder groups including high quality process maps and business and functional requirements documents.
- Provide specialist strategic and operational advice on business and solution processes, using experience and knowledge of the business and system to influence strategic directions.
- Previous experience with the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution as a Principal Business Analyst.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of business and technical understanding.
- Must be QLD based and able to attend Brisbane office.
