About the role:
Join the organisation as a Business Analyst to assist with the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM. Play a key role in liaising between between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project life cycle. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure ensure smooth integration between existing systems and new Microsoft CRM solution. Drive the future state process design and improvements while working with the change manager on future state change impact.
About you:
- Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights and Journey's
- Understanding of finance and donation management processes
- Process mapping and documentation of as-is and to be processes
- Drive the future state process design and improvements.
- Work with the change manager on future state change impact
- Work with the Customer Service (Client Services team) stream on process integration points
- Documentation and execution to test scripts against the future state processes
- Coordinate the business through UAT for Fundraising/Sales with Project manager
- Support the change manager with development of end user materials
- Experience in Not for Profit or Fundraising an advantage.
