Role Overview:
This role involves data reporting and analysis within HR systems, with a focus on Power BI. The analyst will work closely with the BI Manager to deliver business intelligence solutions and reports. working within HR solutions and developing BI reporting within these systems.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support HR functions
- Assist in the transition to Workday and integrate BI reporting within the system
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
