Key Responsibilities
- Lead project shaping and discovery activities, including requirements elicitation and business architecture definition.
- Analyze critical business processes using tools like current and future state process mapping, user personas, journey mapping, prioritization, and gap analysis.
- Facilitate workshops to define business requirements and design effective solutions, delivering actionable outputs and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and driving high performance.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record in business and technology transformation programs and/or PMO environments.
- Knowledge of Aged Care, Community, or Disability sectors, including Care Management and Workforce Management solutions.
- Expertise in process definition, service design, and solution architecture.
- Extensive experience conducting gap analyses, roadmap definition, and requirements gathering.
- Exceptional facilitation skills for workshops and business solution design sessions.
