We’re seeking a Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to lead key initiatives in the Aged Care, Community, or Disability sectors, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

This 6-month contract (with the potential to extend) is Melbourne-based, offering a hybrid work model to support flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project shaping and discovery activities, including requirements elicitation and business architecture definition.
• Analyze critical business processes using tools like current and future state process mapping, user personas, journey mapping, prioritization, and gap analysis.
• Facilitate workshops to define business requirements and design effective solutions, delivering actionable outputs and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and driving high performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record in business and technology transformation programs and/or PMO environments.
• Knowledge of Aged Care, Community, or Disability sectors, including Care Management and Workforce Management solutions.
• Expertise in process definition, service design, and solution architecture.
• Extensive experience conducting gap analyses, roadmap definition, and requirements gathering.
• Exceptional facilitation skills for workshops and business solution design sessions.
