About the Role
As a People and Culture Business Partner you will manage both strategic and cyclical HR. With two business units under your remit, you will collaborate and strategically partner with senior leadership.
A key aspect of this role is driving a subsidiary integration into the broader business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the integration project, supporting change management, and aligning workforce practices.
- Providing HR support (multi site) on all ER/IR matters
- Managing day-to-day employee relations, grievances, and case management, while contributing to talent and succession planning
- Based onsite 4 days a week (flexible work arrangements available)
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in business partnering and change management. You enjoy leaning into complex ER/IR matters. This is a hands on role, where you will roll up your sleeves and deliver impact both strategically and commercially.
