Do you enjoy improving current payroll processes and systems? If you are an experienced Payroll Project Manager with strong time and attendance implementation experience, then this could be your perfect long term contract role.
Job Responsibilities:
Your major duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Lead the implementation of a new time and attendance system for a high volume workforce
- Participate in UAT Testing of selected time and attendance package
- Manage data cleansing projects of current time and attendance system ready for migration to new system
- Work with RTA team during parallel testing phase and report back with any variances
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Strong experience implementing time and attendance packages ideally including UKG and healthcare sector exposure
- Implementation and process improvement experience
- A hands on and proactive attitude to support the payroll function
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Implementation and process improvement focused role
- Long term fixed term contract - 12 months initially
