About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in their space on a national scale, and known for its high level of professionalism and engagement with the community. The business is currently in the process of upgrading their time and attendance system and require an experienced system specialist to assist with the implementation / join the exciting project!    

The Role
Reporting to the T&A Project Manager, your duties will include:
  • Be the test planner and manage test delivery
  • Design and manage execution of robust test scenarios as part of project delivery
  • Document core test artefacts such as test plans, test scripts and reporting
  • Parallel test runs and UAT testing  
  • Upgrading new system with rates for Enterprise Agreement changes / rate increases etc
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Working through change requests, clarification of requirements etc and communicating these changes to stakeholders and end users
  • Writing end user training work instructions and process guides
  • Training company employees to efficiently & accurately use the new T&A system
  • Supporting the Payroll team from an operational perspective if required

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Extensive experience within a similar Payroll Specialist / Testing focused position
  • Experience running parallel tests and UAT testing 
  • Prior experience with UGK, Humanforce or RosterOn is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performance team
  • Superior attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
