The Role
Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:
- Manage a team of 10 Payroll Officer's
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 10,000 employees
- Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
- Month/year end closing
- Assisting with key payroll projects and identifying process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
- Partnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across other functions of the business
Candidate Profile
- Experience leading payroll teams in a medium/large scale business
- Payroll experience using SAP is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
- High level analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
