The Role
Reporting through to the Commercial Finance Manager your tasks will include:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Managed Services in an autonomous payroll position for approximately 500 employees
- Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
- Month/year end closing
- Interpreting EBAs
- Assisting with key payroll projects
- Identifying process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
- Uphold high customer service standards and protocols across the business
- Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
You will have extensive payroll experience in a senior capacity, along with the following attributes:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Payroll experience using ADP Managed Services is essential
- Experience in an autonomous payroll position
- Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
- High level analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
