The Role
As the first point of contact in the office, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workspace. Reporting to the EA to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming experience
- Managing office supplies and keeping common areas tidy and stocked
- Assisting with travel arrangements, building access passes, and courier bookings
- Coordinating catering, social events, and office functions
- Supporting the team with admin tasks such as printing, ordering supplies, and scheduling
- Supporting on projects as required
