Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment cycle experience
- Actively participate as a panel member for recruitment and selection processes
- Provide advice and problem resolution to staff relating to the external provision of payroll services
- Use a business partnering model to drive performance and support the employee lifecycle
- Prepare reports, appointment letters, role descriptions, and other correspondence as required
- Coordinate the workflow of payroll related paperwork
- Assist with maintaining personnel/payroll records to ensure all staffing information is up-to-date
- Coordinate and provide advice to staff and management on recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate training and development including booking external training courses and arranging in-house events
- Provide comprehensive and current advice to staff and management on human resource management delegations, legislation, directives, policies and procedures
- Coordinate reward and recognition program
- Provide support to the Manager People, Culture & Capability in implementing People & Culture activities and projects to support continuous improvement
- Prior recruitment experience, including full panel experience
- Demonstrate your experience in transactional HR management systems and processes
- Assist employee’s with employment relations issues, including the provision of advice in relation to sensitive and confidential HR matters.
- Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and your proven ability to build productive relationships stakeholders.
- Apply project and time management skills, plan and prioritise tasks to achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines.
