About the role

The hours will be from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Leadership Team and Executive Assistant for the MD/COO.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with company events and initiatives.
  • Organise travel for the Operations Team.
  • Create electronic business cards and organise equipment for new starters.
  • Become proficient in company software, train new staff, and manage user access.
  • Assist various teams with client and customer queries.
  • Support fleet management administration, ensuring all vehicle-related accounts are maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar Administrator/Team Assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook.
  • Experience relating to and dealing with a wide range of people.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to show initiative 
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage tight timeframes while maintaining performance under pressure despite interruptions.
  • You must be a Australian Citizen or Resident to apply
