The Position

An opportunity has become available for an Office Coordinator at a global organisation in the western suburbs of Brisbane. This is a full-time temporary assignment until mid-2025. An immediate commencement is desirable. 

As the successful candidate you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office. You will support in a highly varied function including office coordination, supply management, support with onboarding and meeting coordination, as well as support with accounts payable and receivable. 


Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
  • Reception duties including answering calls, managing queries and greeting all visitors;
  • Management of office coordination including ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and supporting with general administrative queries;
  • Support across accounts receivable and accounts payable including data entry, preparing purchase orders and working with suppliers;
  • Ad hoc administration support to ensure smooth management of the office.

Skills and Experience:


As the suitable candidate you will have demonstrated experience and a strong interest in administration and office coordination. You will need to demonstrate that you can work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.

In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to:
  • Ability to work autonomously to delivery key deliverables;
  • Strong sense of ownership;
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships;
  • Effective and adaptive communication skills;
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
