Our client is an Australian business that is highly successful and continues to grow. The organisation is seeking the services of either an enthusiastic university graduate OR experienced Administration Officer / Accounts All-rounder to join the team on an immediate basis.
Position Description
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Database administration and analysis
- Consolidation of reports using excel
- Daily receipting
- Reconciliations and investigations
- Invoice generation and validation
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
- Experience within an accounts/administration role OR recent graduate from a relevant Bachelors degree
- A great ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A can-do attitude
- Experience with SAP and/or MS Office preferred
