This role is within the Accounts Payable team. 

Requirements of the role:
  • High volume data entry of invoices
  • Answering phone and email queries
  • Mailbox and workflow management
  • Preparation of documents in advance of checking and data entry
  • Validation of data entry
  • Use of Microsoft suite (including Outlook, Excel and Teams), ServiceNow, SAP
  
 Requirements of the successful candidate:
  • Have an ability to pick things up quickly
  • Must be willing to get stuck in
  • Must be able to handle high volumes of work
  • Fast typist (we will be requesting to see their key stroke assessments)
  • Must be confident/comfortable answering the phone and handling phone queries
  • Must be confident using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen.
Experience using the following systems would be beneficial, but is not required:
  • SAP Finance System
  • ServiceNow
  
It is highly important for this role that the successful applicant is a team player, is willing to get stuck in and help across all aspects of the team and is able to hit the ground running.
