We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst - Operations to join our team and support our manufacturing and supply chain functions. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining data accuracy and consistency within our enterprise applications, specifically focusing on operations data used within manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and planning.
As a Master Data Analyst, you will manage, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, oversee data creation, deletion, and merging, and collaborate with ICT to ensure data integrity. You will work closely with business units to enhance user competence, support data governance initiatives, and implement best practices across on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to data governance policy creation and reviews, including development of user policies and training materials.
- Collaborate with ICT and senior management on data architecture, data integration, and data security strategies.
- Work alongside business process leads to review and manage master data across process streams, ensuring data availability aligns with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to data management policies for new systems and data integration projects.
- Keep updated on new trends and products within data management to enhance the organization’s capabilities.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Lead periodic audits to confirm compliance with data management and security requirements.
- Conduct mass data cleansing initiatives to maintain database integrity and eliminate redundancies.
- Work with system architects to synchronize data across multiple entry points within on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with ICT on data quality solutions and make recommendations on tools and protocols to enhance data management practices.
- SAP certifications relevant to Master Data and data management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data-related roles within manufacturing, preferably in dairy or food production.
- Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana, especially in managing Material Masters, Master Recipes, Bill of Materials, and Material Resource Planning.
- Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., iPaaS, SQL) and familiarity with operational technology within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, process documentation experience, and a demonstrated ability to train others in data management practices.

- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
