You will play a key role in the business requirements definition and the implementation of a new receipting solution. The role is based in Brisbane, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering and analysis in an agile ICT program environment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and maintain user stories, manage dependencies, and ensure traceability of requirements.
- Provide advice and direction on business requirements, elicitation, data modelling, and financial standards.
- Mentor and support junior analysts while fostering a positive and innovative team culture.
- Promote the implementation of new capabilities enabled by the transition.
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis, including both plan-driven and agile approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in digital transformation or process redesign projects, ideally in a public sector or regulatory environment.
- Experience with Oracle APEX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, API integration, and/or JIRA is highly desirable.
- Ability to create user stories, wireframes, and journey maps to represent business requirements.
