You will be responsible for leading a global team, working with managed service partners to ensure the secure, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of essential technology services. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead support and management of core technology services, ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms.
- Strategic Direction: Align technology operations with business goals, simplify processes, and drive cost-effective solutions through automation and innovation.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance finance, security, and operational standards, driving improvements across cloud, infrastructure, and networking systems.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and metrics to guide decisions, eliminate complexity, and push for continuous performance enhancements.
- Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment with business strategies and ensure technology services meet organizational needs.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in IT service delivery with 5+ years in people management roles, ideally within a global organization.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, and services, including:
- Multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware)
- Network services (SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN)
- Backup and recovery (e.g., Commvault)
- Remote access and security tools (e.g., Zscaler)
- Commercial Acumen: Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
- Strategic Focus: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive innovation and improve operational outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and ownership.
