We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in system architecture to support the Head of Technology/CTO in a strategic ERP transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in guiding the discovery phase, ensuring all requirements are thoroughly gathered and accurately documented, and leading the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to provide mentorship and upskilling in architecture concepts and practices.
• Drive the discovery phase for a new ERP implementation, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Assist in the selection of an ERP vendor and oversee the implementation process.
• Bring expertise in system architecture and ERP to ensure a smooth transition and optimal solution design.
• Provide project leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior Project Manager with experience in system architecture and ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to guide technical leaders and upskill teams in architectural practices.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and technology landscapes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly with some onsite presence in Mulgrave.
