- Oversee the Business Resilience Program, including Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management processes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing risk and compliance advice to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead the development and execution of resilience policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organisational changes.
- Manage the regular review and testing of business continuity plans, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to drive the organisation’s resilience strategy.
- Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or business continuity in a regulated industry.
- Ambition to step into a leadership role, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of BCM frameworks (ISO 22301), regulatory compliance, and information security.
