A chance for you here to use the management accounting experience you have gathered post CA/CPA completion, joining an experienced team reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner.
The company are ambitious, they have made recent acquisitions, and are looking for someone with ambition to grow and develop alongside the company as their growth trend continues.
This organization are situated south of the river and they are easily accessible from the CBD.
The Role
- Coordinate the month-end accounting process
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts monthly WIP reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and oversee the maintenance of fixed asset registers, leases, and depreciation.
- Assist with the preparation and lodgement of BAS
- Contribute to internal controls, continuous improvement of policies, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Providing a supportive/coaching environment for junior accountants, encouraging collaboration and a positive work culture.
You will need to have experience in a similar Management Accounting and have ambitions to grow:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Ideally have Mining within the Mining Sector
- Having the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
