Our client is a market leader within their industry experiencing strong growth. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Management Accountant with costing expertise to join their finance team and play a key role in financial strategy and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed cost analysis, identifying cost drivers, and ensuring accurate product costing
- Preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and key business insights for senior leadership
- Supporting annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Developing profitability models, cost structures, and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making
- Partnering with operations, procurement, and senior management to improve financial performance
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards)
- Experience in working within the manufacturing/ industrial sector with product costing is a must
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and financial controls
- A salary of up to $120,000 + super
