As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial insights and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary on key financial metrics.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and support decision making.
- Perform periodic stock-on-hand valuations
- Compile weekly reports with variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Deliver insights on operational performance, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Participate in preparing commentary on operational P&L and balance sheet items.
- Lead continuous improvements in reporting and month-end processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management accounting role, ideally within the food production, manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
