They are in need of a passionate Maintenance Manager to drive the implementation of a proactive maintenance strategy - providing direction and guidance to a high performing maintenance team at their site in Sydney's inner south western suburbs.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day maintenance activities, including developing and implementing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitoring maintenance-related downtime and implementing solutions to improve equipment reliability.
- Utilising CMMS data to identify and address recurring equipment issues, optimising maintenance policies to prevent breakdowns.
- Leading the completion of all planned and unplanned maintenance tasks within set time frames.
- Preparing and managing minor capital applications and overseeing nominated capital projects, including design, cost estimation, and implementation.
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting maintenance performance data on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bases.
- Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance strategies, and conducting root cause analyses for recurring issues.
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering.
- Strong leadership & people management - lead by example, empower your team and drive their success!
- Proven track record in effective management and motivation of a maintenance team.
- Experience in a fast moving, high volume food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- CMMS - passion for analysis of current PM structures and implementation of improvements.
- Comfortable and flexible with time to adapt with business requirements and priorities.
