This role requires a hands-on decision-maker to take ownership of assigned projects and be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Learning & Development programs that support the growth and development of the organisations employees.

What are the key elements of the role ?
  
  • You will identify capability development priority areas, create and execute plans in partnership with business subject matter experts. 
  • You will design and deliver innovative learning experiences that may blend workshops, e-learning, simulations, learning in the flow of work and resources to support embedding. Delivery may be in-person, virtual or hybrid.
  • Provide end to end project management of learning solutions, from needs analysis to learning experience, through to storyboarding, content creation and measuring metrics and success.
  • You will provide recommendations to continuously improve existing programs using innovative best practices and future trends.
  • You will have the ability to deliver across different learning modalities including digital solutions and facilitation (online/face to face).
  • You will have familiarity with capability frameworks and leadership concepts.
  • Manage the learning solutions and reporting using the Learning System, to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met
  • You will analyse and interpreting employee learning data to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • You deliver evaluation of effectiveness of learning solutions.

What will you bring to the role?

You will be/have;
  • A confident facilitator with experience in designing and delivering programs in a variety of environments – face-to-face, remote, hybrid and digital.
  • A strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build a rapport at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to manage multiple programs and tasks at the same time.
  • The ability to both collaborate and work autonomously, proactive and with a can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity and exposure to leveraging digital authoring tools
  • A track record of designing innovative blended learning solutions
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital technologies, including AI
  • Skilled in learning needs analysis and consulting with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of human-centered design and/or design thinking
  • Credible presenter with demonstrated experience facilitating workshops to a range of stakeholders
