About the Role:
- Collaborate across both technology and business streams, acting as a liaison to ensure project objectives align with organisational goals.
- Engage and manage stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Play a critical role in the identification, selection, and implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool to replace Microsoft Sansei, which will no longer be supported after 2026.
- Contribute to the uplift of enterprise risk management capabilities, enhancing the maturity of the organisation’s risk framework.
- Oversee and drive the BA Community of Practice, supporting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work across a portfolio of multi-million-dollar projects as part of the broader capability uplift program.
- Key focus areas include modernising PPM capabilities and risk management frameworks.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to both technology and business-focused initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with enterprise tools and frameworks, including PPM and risk management systems.
- Industry background is not a deciding factor – we’re looking for a strong, versatile BA with the right attitude and skills.
