My client is looking for a passionate payroll professional who has Kronos Admin skills to join the team. They are a well-known Australian brand who are a leader in their industry. You will be working in a large payroll team and being a system expert for their Kronos Administration function across a multi-site environment, ensuring the time and attendance system smoothly supports the payroll system for the weekly payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Kronos system functionality, system and device administration (Exporting timecards/approved shifts into Payroll system)
- Daily operational support for the Kronos system e.g Public Holiday scheduling, leave delegations, maintaining leave approvers, starting and ending employment terms.
- Some system testing of pay rules that have been created by developer to ensure they are compliant
- Answering queries via email and phone related to Kronos and Payroll
- Stakeholder management across IR, Site Managers, Supervisors, HR , Payroll and IT teams.
- Assisting in training of Time & Attendance System
- Assisting with Payroll audit compliance requirements
- Provide support for ongoing UKG project.
- Strong payroll background with demonstrated experience in time and attendance management in complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience in Kronos time and attendance system (Must have)
- Payroll background with ERP administration (Chris21) experience is a benefit
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and approachable, someone who has a collaborative approach to team work.
