The role is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join a market leading company in growth. The role is hybrid one that will provide exposure to the Woolworths systems via BIG W, management of key hardware retailers and the challenge to find new business. In this role you will report in to the Head Of Global Sales, day to day you will work closely with the National Business Managers.
The role itself is the opportunity for the candidate to drive a strategy, in line with the Brand vision, through thorough planning and strong execution.
The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Sales Team and work closely internally with Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Role responsibilities:
- The planning & implementation of the strategy for nominated accounts including BIG W, Bunnings, IHG and others
- The day to day management of nominated accounts
- Exploration of new business opportunities
- Annual & quarterly budgeting for nominated accounts
- Monthly forecast & pre demand meeting detail
- Monthly reporting on results, market, competitor & opportunities
- Minimum 2 years experience in the FMCG market as either an Account Manager or Senior Sales Representative
- Tertiary educated desirable
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills, be respectful to the company values
- Strong computer skills, particularly excel
