Position Overview:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing the inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with demand forecasts, and collaborating closely with supply chain and logistics teams across global markets. This role is crucial in supporting our continuous growth, ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time, while maintaining cost-effective stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with warehouse teams.
  • Manage inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and support demand planning.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standards.
  • Analyze inventory trends and performance metrics to improve forecast accuracy and support supply chain optimization.
  • Utilize inventory management software (ERP, WMS) to track and report stock levels, preparing regular reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and support cost-saving measures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Coordinator or similar role, ideally in a global FMCG or supply chain setting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with international teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance standards for inventory management is a plus.
