Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end reviews of processes and inventory management, streamlining store replenishment and seasonal import programs.
- Analyse Inventory ROI, optimise range selection processes, and enhance clearance effectiveness while supporting e-commerce operations.
- Implement improvements in range rationalisation, SLOB management, and replenishment processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) documentation for process enhancement and sustainability.
- Liaise with business development managers and provide backup support for customer service associates.
- Manage daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices and landed costs.
To Be Successful
- 3+ years’ experience in inventory and supply chain management roles.
- Proven track record in optimising inventory processes and implementing efficient operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
